Making a Living on eBay

Making a living on eBay requires you to sell things on eBay. The easiest way to do this is get more traffic to your auctions. The more traffic to your auction, the more bids you will get for the items you list, thus the higher the average selling price for the items. In order to make more money you must focus on getting more people to view and bid on your auction listings.

How do you do this? There are several ways you can do this. You have two ways people find items on eBay. 1st eBay's search, 2nd external Ads you place outside of the eBay marketplace telling people about your auctions.

eBay's search requires you to think about exactly what other people are going to be typing in trying to find your product. It is suggested that you do not use acronyms in your auction titles. Some examples of what not to use: B&M BIN CS FB FS FSoT FT FVF HTF ISO MAP MIB MIM NIB NOS NR NWOT NWT OOP OP. These have no search value because no one searches for theses terms. You have plenty of space in the actual listing to type out everything without using auction lingo. People new to auctions have no idea what they mean.

Outside of the eBay marketplace marketing is placing a link to your eBay auctions in your favorite forum, blog, your website, or email. This has been an issue for most sellers until now, because your links to your auctions die shortly after the auction is over. But there is new hope. It is a new service called MyBayAds.com which allows you to place these ads almost anywhere, and the ads automatically update themselves to your most current auctions.

By optimizing both the search and off site linking you will gain a huge advantage over your competitors. From the shear amount of extra traffic you will be receiving. The more off site ads you place the more the people will view your auctions. The more views you get the more bids your auctions will have. The more bids you get the more your auctions will go for.

MyBayAds.com, It is a FREE Ad Server for your eBay auctions. It creates ads based on your current ebay auctions. These ads are automatically updated daily and can be placed anywhere you can put a picture and url (website link). Blogs, Forums, MySpace, Facebook, websites, email, and even your current eBay auctions.

* The more ads you place the more the people will view your auctions.

* The more views you get the more bids your auctions will have.

* The more bids you get the more your auctions will go for.

I wanted to tell everyone about myself.

I basically created this website for you guys. The eBay sellers, I used to have a problem selling my stuff on eBay, I was not getting enough traffic. To my auctions, so I started posting my Auction Listings in Forums much like this one where people would be interested in my products. This was great, it made me more sales. BUT there was a problem Every time my auction completed I had to resubmit a new link. After a while I gave up, it was just to much work. Then I decided I would create a system that would auto update my listings for me. Well It worked and worked well. So I'm releasing it to the public. YOU. Check out the home page it's got a tutorial video on how to use it. It's my 1st video like that so it's a bit ruff! If you can make a better one, please send it to me, I'll try to reimburse you for your time somehow.

Did I mention I'm not charging for this? Nope, It's FREE!

I would love to get comments and suggestions on how to improve the system. We're going to be doing a lot more ad variations, and will be doing some better looking Ads, along with more personalized Ads.
